Steve Gostin has joined Concept Branding Group as Lead Consultant, West Coast and will begin business development efforts from the Palm Springs office January 2nd. We are most pleased to have Steve on our team.
A true "operators' operator, Steve
Gostin started in the hospitality industry as a bouncer for a well-known sports
bar in Long Beach, California, back in the mid 1980’s. From there, he learned to tend bar and
eventually worked his way into management.
For over 20 years Gostin has worked as a FOH manager in several
award-winning restaurants. He has also
been a General Manager for local multi-million dollar houses and nightclubs,
and the Director of Operations overseeing several multi-million dollar venues. Most recently, Gostin has been involved as
F&B manager for Native American gaming casinos, overseeing the entire Food
& Beverage Departments. Gostin is
currently completing his master’s degree in Adult Education and Training and is
creating a program to help managers of small businesses become more effective
leaders to their team. He certainly
has come full circle, with an enormous amount of expertise and talent, and
shows that with dedication and drive, operators are true to their roots.
Gostin’s philosophy is one that he teaches and practices: Managing is about people. We have to start with learning what people want, and then finding the most proficient and effective way to provide that to them. You must learn to manage people; manage your team and your guests, not your business. You operate the business.
If you are in not good state and have no money to go out from that point, you would require to receive the business loans. Just because it would help you definitely. I get commercial loan every single year and feel myself good because of that.
